Eve approached the bed from the end, crawling up the length of it into John's outstretched arms and lowering herself down to lie beside him, up against his side. "Thanks for this, seems to be helping," she told him, picking up the other bottle of water and taking a swig from it. She held it out to him. "Want some?"
