Just as John was ready to pick Eve up and carry her to the bedroom, there was a knock at the door of the suite. Going to answer it, John opened the door to a proper looking concierge holding a nondescript black shopping bag. “The items you requested, sir.” The man said with a neutral expression. Thanking the man and tipping him John closed the door and turned to Eve with a slight smile, anticipation and a slight tremor of erotic fear shooting through him.

“Perfect service as always.” He smiled holding out the bag for her to see.

John listened intently, his fingers stroking her neck now. "Eve, do you think you might be remembering things? That this woman Ath mentioned might have the same name as someone you knew?"

She drew her bottom lip in between her teeth and held it there as a frown formed. "I don't know," she replied softly. "I've tried to remember, believe me, but there's nothing. But it's since then that the headaches started. Not really bad, but worse when I haven't had any water." She waved the bottle for a second.

His hand shifted to rub one of her shoulders. "Anything in particular start them though?"

"Not that I've been able to figure out," she sighed, closing her eyes for a moment and wishing she could.

Pulling her close he kissed her forehead. "Why don't you just rest a while, baby."

Just the sex they'd had that day was enough to tire a person, but the headache had also taken it's toll. "Yeah, think I might," she agreed without argument. She turned on her side, pressed a kiss to his shoulder before letting her head rest on the pillow again. "I don't have that stamina of yours," she told him with a smile.

He grinned and settled in on his side facing her, an arm around her waist. "I don't know about that, baby. You're enough to wear me out, I think I'll catch a little sleep myself."

Feeling strangely content Eve reached up and cradled John's cheek with her hand. "Good, regain your strength for later!" she teased lightly, leaning over and kissing his lips softly.

"So you can wear me out again?" He grinned, kissing first her lips and then the palm against his cheek.

"Of course!" she replied with a grin, eyelids drooping slowly.

She smiled, blinking slowly as she felt the tiredness seep through her. Various areas of her body were softly reminding her just how tired she was, others just what they'd been doing to get that way. All in all she knew it was only going to be a matter of time....
